O bacalhau fresco coze nele com tampa e o chucrute com azeite serve-se \u00e0 parte.<br \/>\nManteiga clarificada (ghee)<br \/>\nCebolinha<br \/>\nTomates inteiros em lata<br \/>\nEritritol<br \/>\nMolho de soja<br \/>\nTomilho fresco<br \/>\nBacalhau fresco<br \/>\nSal<br \/>\nPimenta-preta<br \/>\nChucrute<br \/>\nAzeite<br \/>\nCorte a cebolinha em rodelas e salteie em ghee. Adicione os tomates pelados em lata, cortados ou triturados, com o eritritol, o molho de soja e as folhas de tomilho.<br \/>\nDeixe o molho ferver e mantenha em lume brando cerca de 5 minutos. Adicione o bacalhau fresco, o sal e a pimenta-preta.<br \/>\nTape e coza o peixe no molho cerca de 8 minutos.
