Sauce aus gehackten Tomaten, Zwiebel und Kr\u00e4utern wird auf Nudeln mit Mozzarellast\u00fccken serviert.

\nSalz
\nSchwarzer Pfeffer
\nKr\u00e4uter der Provence
\nKnoblauch
\nOliven\u00f6l
\nFrisches Basilikum
\nLeichter Mozzarella 9%
\nNudeln vor dem Kochen abwiegen und nach Packung kochen. Fein geschnittene Zwiebel in abgewogenem Butterschmalz anbraten, gehackte Dosentomaten zuf\u00fcgen. Mit abgewogenem Salz, Pfeffer und Kr\u00e4utern der Provence w\u00fcrzen und einige Minuten schmoren.
\nGegen Ende gepressten Knoblauch, abgewogenes Oliven\u00f6l und einen Teil des gehackten Basilikums zuf\u00fcgen. Sauce auf Nudeln geben und mit Mozzarella und restlichem Basilikum servieren.
